Our Wedding
I hope you all can share this day in Virginia with us. It is about 7 hours away but since Billys family and most of all parents couldnt make it down here we decided to come to them to have our special day with all our family there:) Its going to be a fun filled exciting weekend and by the way the NASCAR race was my mom's idea. LOL but we are all for it and cant wait! Wow.... Count down to our special day:)
Travel Arrangements
April and Billy will be married on August 28, 2011 at 2pm
at the Gazebo of Cove Ridge, Natural Tunnel State Park, Duffield, VA
Accommodations and Agenda are as followed:

Grooms family
Clinch Lodge-
Both Lodges includes six bedrooms,
three bathrooms for $1,200.00 for three nights
(Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
Brides family
Powell Lodge-
Check in August 26, 2011 at 3pm check out August 29, 2011 at 10am
Each cabin is equipped with:
Fully stocked Kitchen/dishwasher
Six bedrooms: One set of bed linens per bed and one set of towels per person; (additional linens available for a fee) note; these are not changed daily
Gas log fireplace
Central heat and air conditioning
Television
Rustic furniture Front and back decks with rocking chairs
Washer and dryer. (Please use only high efficiency (HE) detergent
Pets are allowed: there's an extra fee plus tax per night per pet per night
Next to the lodge are a picnic table, a charcoal pedestal grill and a campfire
Items needed to bring:
Food
Dish detergent
Extra dishcloths
Coffee and coffee filters
Salt and pepper
Nonstick cooking spray
Soap
Extra bath towels, etc.
High efficiency (HE) detergent
You may wish to bring your own pillow as well as a comforter
Depending on how many adults will be staying in each lodge will depend on the price.
Ex- 12 people would = $100 per person for three nights
